Product description

This is a temperature sensor with a wide range of resistance values (1KΩ~500KΩ), high accuracy, good consistency, and interchangeability in both resistance value and B value. It has good insulation, high reliability, and quick response. 

The product adopts a double-layer sealing process with good insulation sealing, anti-mechanical collision, anti-bending ability, and high reliability. It can work stably for a long time (annual resistance drift rate ≤1‰), and can be encapsulated according to the installation conditions used.

Applications

1. Clothes dryers

Dryer temperature sensors in the exhaust system monitor the airflow temperature. 

When the dryer is running, the sensor detects that the exhaust air has reached the optimal drying temperature, indicating that the clothes are dry. 

It then signals the dryer to turn off the heating element and end the drying cycle, preventing over-drying and damage to the fabric.

2. Dishwashers

Fully dishwashers use high temperature water to sterilise dishes. 

A temperature sensor measures the water temperature as it enters the wash chamber. 

The sensor confirms that the water temperature has reached the high temperature needed to eliminate bacteria. 

It continues to monitor during the wash to ensure that the optimal wash temperature is maintained for effective cleaning.

3. Coffee maker

In the coffee machine, a temperature sensor measures the temperature of the heated water. 

When the water reaches the optimal brewing temperature, the sensor prompts the heater to turn off to prevent overheating. 

It will continue to monitor the temperature and turn the heater on again if necessary to maintain the ideal brew temperature range.
