AMS1000
The AMS1000 series thermal mass flow sensor calculates the mass flow rate of gases by measuring resistance changes. The sensor adopts a self-developed MEMS mass flow chip, which has the characteristics of intuition, accuracy, stability, high and low temperature resistance, good linearity, and fast response time.
AMS1000 has been calibrated for range, accuracy, repeatability, response time, etc. before leaving the factory, and has multiple models, ranges, accuracy, and output methods for customers to choose from.
