AHT21
AHT21 is a new generation of intelligent temperature and humidity sensor based on semiconductor technology. Its volume is very small, with a size of only 3 * 3mm and a height of only 0.8mm. Its exquisite size and wide voltage adaptation range (2.2v to 5.5v) can be widely used in various devices. Its excellent performance endows it with good accuracy over a wide temperature range (-40 ℃ to 120 ℃).
AHT21 is suitable for double row flat pinless SMD package of reflow soldering soldering, and outputs calibrated digital signals in standard I2C format. The sensor is equipped with a newly designed ASIC dedicated chip, an improved MEMS semiconductor capacitive humidity sensing element, and a standard on-chip temperature sensing element. It has the advantages of high quality, fast response speed, strong anti-interference ability, and high cost-effectiveness.
